Where did the name The Show Speak derive from?

It took many years, many late nights, and a few portmanteau's to get my own "official" language called "Show Speak."  Beyond the fun of "The Show Speak" - you will find sports discussion about real time topics including sports numbers, sports business, the absurd, the funny, and the practical. 

The Show Speak is Where Humor Meets Fact. 

Who is CT? 

I am your host, Craig Turley, an entrepreneur, writer, blogger, sports aficionado, business consultant, and the owner of a cat.  I have a unique passion for sports and enjoy using this forum to discuss the world of sports around us.  I am a seasonal sports fan, which means I like discussing hoops in hoops season, baseball in baseball season, football in football season while taking a pass on hockey.  Additionally, I am a fantasy football expert.  I participate in dynasty leagues, ppr leagues and standard scoring leagues.  You won't find me at the local pub on Sunday's tracking my "fantasy football team (s)" though - I prefer to enjoy the games and watch what is happening on the field as opposed to my real time fantasy football scoring on my tablet.  Once you set your lineup - enjoy the game!

So follow along on this journey....it is sure to be sprinkled with some humor, facts, and next level knowledge.   

Some more about me.....

I am originally from Central Illinois (shout out to Buffalo).  I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration emphasis Finance from the University of Arizona.  #Bear Down.  

Spring Training 2012 - Cactus League play

I love to travel and have been seen for days or weeks in San Diego, Denver, San Francisco, Panama, Paris, Amsterdam, and the Hawaiian Islands. 
I am a frequent contributor to Ballhyped.com, Yardbarker.com, and a random guest writer where they will have me.   

Feel free You can frequently find me in a discussion with my friends talking about the recent state of my sports teams -the Arizona Diamondbacks, St. Louis Cardinals, Arizona Cardinals, Phoenix Suns, and the University of Arizona Wildcats.
