NBA Dallas Mavericks: "Lucky Charms and That Dude"

The NBA champion Dallas Mavericks continue to impress me with their style, grace, and taste after winning the 2011 NBA championship over the Miami Heat, 4-2.

A couple of glaring similarities between the Mavs and The Show:





Dirk, BP, and me- "Dudes"


• The Mavs like Lucky Charms, The Show likes Lucky Charms.  (see my Twit profile picture)
• Dirk Nowitzki, 2011 NBA Finals MVP and acclaimed singer, is wearing a shirt that say "I'm That Dude" by Nike.  This is the perfect opportunity for Dirk to join the "Dude" club.  Brandon Phillips, who is @DatDudeBP on Twitter, (maybe @swish 41 should change his handle to @ThatDudeDN or @DatDude41) would welcome him into the "Dude" Twitter club.  Jeff LeBowski would certainly welcome Dirk into the "Dude" club.  The hair that Dirk rocks is undoubtedly an attempt to become accepted by the "Big LeBowski" and his dudeness.
• JJ Barea likes Zuleyka Rivera, The Show watches Geraldo Rivera.
• DeShawn Stevenson has an Abe Lincoln tattoo, The Show grew up in the "Land of Lincoln."
• Jason Terry went to the University of Arizona, The Show is a University of Arizona graduate.

As much as I try to "not like" the Mavs, one cannot overlook the similarities between the 2011 NBA Champion Dallas Mavericks and the 2011 Sports Blogging Champion -The Show.

You can't make this stuff up!
